20 jours de nitrado...

le staff de support, et les mod, merci a vous..

La plupart travaillent gratuitement...

If faut au moins 9 jours pour répondre a une demande de support technique, en anglais... une demande simple!!!

...

Je prévois ma migration ailleurs.

Tu as envoyé 2 tickets qui ont reçu une réponse en quelques heures uniquement.

Pourquoi as-tu reçu une réponse en Anglais ? Simplement car tu as rédigé ton ticket en anglais...

Merci d'arrêter la mauvaise fois et d'être franc avant de cracher sur un service qui est fourni plus que correctement.

Bonjour,

En effet les réponses ont été longues par le simple fait de la rédaction de votre ticket clientèle en ENG , et oui à certains moments nous sommes longs pas du fait que nous sommes payés gratuitement mais pour la simple et bonne raison que nous avons également chacun une vie de famille à côté .

A bonne entendeur .

On OVH, i will have to do all ! Installing server, open port for game, manage secure activity, databases, file management, etc ... be sure to have no problem cause nobady could help. OVH just bring you a server. Inside it, it your problem.


This is not the same service.

Je parles trois langue, Anglais, French und Deutsch.

And I've read the German forums, and seen barely any help offered to the same questions that could be answered by a proper file versioned sync'ing system.

GhostorTron, you're right it isn't the same service...

nitrado pretends to to have mods like you around to help out. But you're not server admins, you can't help with REAL problems.

you're not even paid...

You're the free marketing front that nitrado uses to sell SHITTY servers for three times the price their worth.

You probably don't even know, as the Minecraft master, what a garbage collection on a java based server like Minecraft really does...

My point is, when hiring nitrado, I thought I was hiring professionals.

Instead I got volunteer moderators at best.

I can run servers no problem, ark is pretty simple...

Your f'ing web interface just kept getting in the way...


Last time I started up my server on Nitrado, it took 1350 seconds... it says so in the log...

I move to an OVH server, paying 36 EUR/month instead of my nitrado server for 49EUR/month...

my startup time is 146 seconds.



Fine, you provide a web interface, but no support...

I'd rather get my own thing going... and have it work 10 times as well.
