Serveur ARK stoppé

Bonjour, je vous explique mon problème.
Hier le serveur ARK à crashé en début d'après-midi et depuis il ne veut plus démarrer et reste a l'état de "stoppé".
J'ai tenté quelque restart mais rien n'y fait, si quelqu'un aurait une moindre info ce serai bien aimable.

Oui un ticket a bien été envoyé hier.
Mais le problème vient d'être résolu par le support.
